If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size/colour. Please contact us so that we know to expect your parcel. We can also then hold an item if you would like to exchange your order.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice. They must be in re-saleable condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached, and with proof of purchase. Hosiery cannot be returned if the seal on the packaging has been broken or the item tried on. We also exempt gift cards and sale items from our returns policy.
Please return to Intimate Apparel, Riverside Arcade, 1/62 Queen Street, Warkworth 0910. All returns must have your name, address and order number along with a copy of your sales receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you send by courier or tracked post, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit. We will contact you when the parcel arrives and process the refund as soon as possible.
If you suspect a product is faulty then please contact us and we can discuss further. In most cases the item must have been purchased within the last 6 months. It must be in otherwise good condition and the manufacturer's care instructions should have been followed. We may have to send the item back to the supplier to be assessed.
