Shipping

For orders up to $150 we charge a flat rate of $8 for courier delivery within New Zealand, including rural delivery.  For orders over $150 delivery is free.  We also have the option of picking up in store.

Orders to Australia have the option of NZ Post Tracked for $25 (3-10 business days delivery) or NZ Post Courier for $45 (2-6 business days delivery).

We do not currently take orders from anywhere else overseas via our website due to the varying costs of delivery.  However, you are welcome to contact us and we will provide a quote for shipping to your destination.

Packing and shipping is done Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.  We aim to ship the same day or following day and you should have your order 1-2 days after that within the North Island and 2-3 days within the South Island.  Rural delivery may take longer.
